 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) THE OUTDOOR AIR OPENING ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING MUST BE RELOCATED BECAUSE IT IS WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED 10' MINIMUM CLEARANCE TO THE VEHICLE DRIVE AND
 PARKING AREA- SECTION 401.4 FBC M.
  
 2) PLEASE IDENTIFY THE COVERED PARKING AREA AS EITHER A
 GARAGE ON CARPORT. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRIVATE GARAGES AND
 CARPORTS ARE CLASSIFED AS U OCCUPANCIES AND SHALL HAVE
 FIRE SEPARATION FROM S-1 OCCUPANCIES. PLEASE SEE
 SECTION 406.3.1 AND TABLE 602 FBC B.
  
 3) AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED PLEASE SUBMIT A FL. PRODUCT
 APPROVAL AND/OR MIAMI-DADE NOA FOR THE LOUVER.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS.
