 2. APPLY TO THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (USING THE
 APPLICATION FOR UNITY OF TITLE) FOR A UNITY OF CONTROL
 PERMIT IN LIEU OF A UNITY OF TITLE PERMIT. THIS
 APPROVAL MAY ALLOW YOU TO KEEP DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS.

 A-1 & S-1) PROVIDE DETAILS SHOWING HOW THE 8? CMU WALL
 IS RATED FOR 3 HOURS.
