 PROVIDE WHICH SUITE WORK IS TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2017 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED PLANS STATE THERE ARE 4 SHEETS 1 OF 4
 FOR EXAMPLE, MISSING SHEET 2 OF 4 IN ALL THREE SETS.
 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
  
 3) PLEASE BE AWARE UNDER PERMIT 16090638/ REVISION
 17011285 (AS BUILT PLANS) THIS UNIT WAS CLASSIFIED AS A
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY WITH AN EXISTING HANDICAPPED
 RESTROOM AND A COUNTER WITH BREAKROOM SINK. THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS DO NOT SHOW THIS ARRANGEMENT NOR DO
 THEY SHOW A DEMOLITION PLAN WITH THE REMOVAL OF THESE
 SYSTEMS NOR IS THERE A DEMOLITION PERMIT FOR THIS UNIT
 SHOWING THE REMOVAL OF THESE ELEMENTS.
 FURTHER MORE ADDITIONAL WORK HAS OCCURRED MAKING A TENT
 EFFECT(POLES, CANVAS AND ELECTRICAL FIXTURES AND HUNG
 LIGHTING), AT THE DOUBLE DOOR ENTRY AND CANVAS ON
 WALLS. 4 X THE FEE WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST THIS PERMIT
 FOR WORK COMPLETED WITHOUT THE BENEFIT OF A PERMIT.
  
 109.4 WORK COMMENCING BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE. ANY
 PERSON WHO COMMENCES ANY WORK ON A BUILDING, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEM BEFORE
 OBTAINING THE BUILDING OFFICIAL?S APPROVAL OR THE
 NECESSARY PERMITS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A PENALTY FEE IN
 ADDITION TO THE REQUIRED PERMIT FEES, AS SET IN
 APPROVED SCHEDULE OF FEES.
  
 4) SINCE UNDER THE AS BUILT REVISION 17101285 THE
 TENANT SPACE IN QUESTION WAS NO LONGER A VANILLA BOX AN
 OCCUPANCY WAS ASSIGNED (BUSINESS) AND UNISEX RESTROOM
 WAS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. THIS IS NOW CONSIDERED A CHANGE
 OF OCCUPANCY AND WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE 2017
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION
 1001.2.2.1 PARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. WHERE THE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OR GROUP OF A PORTION OF AN
 EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED, SECTION 1012 SHALL APPLY.
  
 THE PLANS ARE NOT DISCLOSING THE MINIMUM INFORMATION
 FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING PLAN REVIEW FOR BUILDINGS.

 PLANS WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN (BY THE CONTRACTOR OR
 REPRESENTATIVE) TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 OFFICE LOCATED AT 2300 N. JOG RD. ROOMS 2W01-2W14 WEST
 PALM BEACH, FL. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE
 STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION. PLEASE CALL

 10) A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN
 SINCE THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND
 REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE
 THERE MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW
 PLANS AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
