 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 PLEASE LIST ON THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET.
  
 2) UNDER THE 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE, THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT LISTED WHICH METHOD THE
 PLANS WERE CREATED. 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 SECTION 301.1. THE ALTERATION, CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY,
 ADDITION OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECTIONS
 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 SHALL NOT BE APPLIED
 IN COMBINATION WITH EACH OTHER. PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS

 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY IS FROM STORAGE TO BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY. PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS INDICATE THE USE FOR
 THIS ROOM IS A CONFERENCE ROOM. THE FLOOR PLAN SHEET 2

 OCCUPANCY GROUP, THE BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 508.2,
 508.3 OR 508.4, OR A COMBINATION OF THESE SECTIONS.
  
 3C) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WILL ALSO NEED TO INDICATE
 IF THE NEW CONFERENCE ROOM WILL MEET WHICH SECTION OF

 DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL WHERE SERVING A ROOM OR AREA

 703. WHERE BOTH VISUAL AND TACTILE CHARACTERS ARE
 REQUIRED, EITHER ONE SIGN WITH BOTH VISUAL AND TACTILE
 CHARACTERS, OR TWO SEPARATE SIGNS, ONE WITH VISUAL, AND
 ONE WITH TACTILE CHARACTERS, SHALL BE PROVIDED.

 WAS A/C IN THIS ROOM, NOT SHOWN ON THE PLANS. SHEET 3
 OF 6 SHOWS NEW FURRING STRIPS ATTACHED TO CONCRETE
 BLOCK WORK AND DRYWALL. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE
 USE OF INSULATION IN THIS WALL.

 C401.2 APPLICATION.
 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE
 FOLLOWING:
 1.THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1, EXCLUDING
 SECTION 9.4.1.1(G) OF THE STANDARD.
 2.THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS C402 THROUGH C405. IN
 ADDITION, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTION C406 AND TENANT SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTION C406.1.1.
 3.THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS C402.5, C403.2, C404,
 C405.2, C405.3, C405.5, C405.6 AND C407. THE BUILDING
 ENERGY COST SHALL BE EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN 85 PERCENT
 OF THE STANDARD REFERENCE DESIGN BUILDING.
 C402.1.3 INSULATION COMPONENT R-VALUE-BASED METHOD.
 BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE OPAQUE ASSEMBLIES SHALL MEET
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS C402.2 AND C402.4 BASED ON
 THE CLIMATE ZONE SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 3.
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
