 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION
 ($452,287) EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 ($474,990) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(B) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, SO
 PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO
 CONFORMITY.
  
 A. NOTE: GOOGLE STREET VIEW SHOWS A PALM TREE IN THE
 AREA OF THE PROPOSED ADA LIFT. NO ACCOUNTING HAS BEEN
 SHOW FOR ITS REMOVAL.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE UPGRADES WILL
 AFFECT THE LAYOUT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN. PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A SEPARATE PARKING LOT
 STRIPING PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE GENERATOR.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GENERATOR IS REQUIRED TO BE
 SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-315 OF THE ZLDR.
