| ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE |
| LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION |
| COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), |
| AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. |
