 PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
 3) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE TO WHAT CODE THEY WERE
 DEVELOPED. THE PLANS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2017
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE AND THE OTHER APPLICABLE
 VOLUMES OF THE 2017 FBC. THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION SHALL
 BE NOTED ON THE PLANS PER SEC. 301.1 OF THE 2017
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
 4) 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE SEC. 301.1 - THE
 ALTERATION OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED IN SECS.301.1.1 THROUGH
 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE APPLICANT.
 5) SUBMIT PLANS/DETAILS SHOWING HOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED.
 6) THE HEIGHT OF THE LUNCH ROOM CABINET COUNTERTOP AND
 SINK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY SECS.

 7) ONE OF THE SUBMITTED PLAN SHEETS IS DONE IN PENCIL.
 PLANS DONE IN PENCIL ARE NOT AN ACCEPTED FORMAT. WPB

 8) THE NOTE FOR THE SCOPE OF PLUMBING WORK FOR THE
 LUNCH ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR IS INCOMPLETE AND IS
 VAGUE. CLARIFY THE COMPLETE SCOPE OF PLUMBING WORK TO
 BE DONE. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 10.2.1.
 9) THE PLANS FOR THE 2ND FLOOR BATHROOM ALTERATION
 SHALL SHOW THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING PLUMBING
 FIXTURES AND ANY NEW LOCATIONS OF THE FIXTURES,
 LOCATIONS OF STALL PARTITIONS, THE LENGTH AND WIDTH
 DIMENSIONS OF ALL PLUMBING FIXTURE STALLS, ETC.
 10) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE TYPE
 OF PLUMBING FIXTURES TO BE INSTALLED. NEW FIXTURES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2017 FBC- PLUMBING SEC. 604.4 FOR
 MAXIMUM WATER FLOW AND CONSUMPTION.
 11) NEW FAUCETS SHALL COMPLY WITH 2017 FBC-PLUMBING
 SEC.605.2.1. FOR LEAD CONTENT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NSF

 THE SUBMITTED DRAWINGS A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW
 COULD NOT BE DONE. RE- REVIEW OF CORRECTED DOCUMENTS
 MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS BEING
