 CODE COMPLIANT SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM. 2ND REQUEST.
 NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO THE SANITARY RISERS TO CORRECT
 THE DEFICIENCIES.
 PLUMBING RISER - MASTER BATHROOM:
 A)THE DOUBLE LAVATORIES SHALL BE STACKED AND
 VENTED.2017 FBCR-SEC.P3101.2 P3101.2.1.
 B) THE MASTER BATHROOM SANITARY RISER SHOWS AN EXISTING
 SANITARY LINE FOR "BASEMENT PLUMBING" BUT THERE IS NO
 REFERENCE TO A BASEMENT NOR IS A BASEMENT SHOWN IN
 THESE PLANS . CLARIFY.
 2) SIZE ALL SECTIONS OF THE SANITARY DRAINAGE LINES AND
 VENT LINES ON BOTH SANITARY RISER DIAGRAMS.2ND REQUEST.
 3) THE PLANS SHOW A MASTER BATHROOM AND AN EXISTING
 BATHROOM BUT THE SANITARY RISER DIAGRAMS ARE FOR A
 MASTER BATH AND ALSO A NEW STORAGE BATH. CLARIFY.THE
 STORAGE ROOM IS SHOWN ON SHEET A-2 BUT HAS BEEN OMITTED
 FROM OTHER SHEETS. CLARIFY.
 4) SHT. A-2 - ADDITION ROOF PLAN - SUBMIT ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION AS TO HOW THE SIZE OF THE SCUPPERS WERE
 CALCULATED. THERE IS NO TABLE IN THE PLUMBING CODE FOR
 SIZING SCUPPERS. THE ROOF PLAN REFERS TO TABLE 1106.3
 OF THE FLORIDA PLUMBING CODE FOR THE SIZING OF THE
 SCUPPERS. THIS TABLE IS FOR SIZING VERTICAL LEADERS,
 NOT SCUPPERS. SCUPPERS SHALL BE SIZED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH 2017 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.1108.3, 1101.7. NOTE: THERE
 IS NO TABLE THAT SPECIFIES THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 ROOF BEING DRAINED. ALL THE TABLES ARE BASED ON THE
 FLOW RATE.2017 FBC SEC.1101.7, 1108.1.
 5) THE SIZE OF THE MASTER BATH SHOWER SHALL COMPLY WITH
 2017 FBCR SEC.P2708.1.
 6) PLUMBING FIXTURES SHALL BE SPACED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 2017 FBCR SEC.P2705.1.
