 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) FBC 107.3.5.3 - PROVIDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 SPECIFY THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING DESIGN PRESSURES
 PURSUANT TO FBC-R301.2.1 SPECIFY THE ROOF SHEATHING
 FASTENING PER FBC-R803.2.3.1
  
 2) FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION - SECT. R103.1.1.2 CODE
 COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION. THE BUILDING'S OWNER, THE
 OWNER'S ARCHITECT, OR OTHER AUTHORIZED AGENT LEGALLY
 DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE BUILDING
 IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE, AS PER SECTION 553.907,
 FLORIDA STATUTES, PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE PERMIT TO
 BEGIN CONSTRUCTION OR RENOVATION. FBC ENERGY
 CONSERVATION SECTIONS R101.5.1.1.1 OR R101.5.1.1.2.
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORMS AS REQUIRED.
  
 3) SHOW THAT THE ADDITION IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC-R303.9 REQUIRED HEATING. WHEN THE WINTER DESIGN
 TEMPERATURE IN TABLE R301.2(1) IS BELOW 60 DEGREES F ,
 EVERY DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH HEATING
 FACILITIES CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING A MINIMUM ROOM
 TEMPERATURE OF 68 DEGREES F AT A POINT 3 FEET (914 MM)
 ABOVE THE FLOOR AND 2 FEET (610 MM) FROM EXTERIOR WALLS
 IN ALL HABITABLE ROOMS AT THE DESIGN TEMPERATURE. THE
 INSTALLATION OF ONE OR MORE PORTABLE SPACE HEATERS
 SHALL NOT BE USED TO ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 SECTION.
  
 4) FBC - 107.3.5.3 PROVIDE TWO SETS OF A MECHANICAL
 PLAN TO SHOW EQUIPMENT AND LOCATION AND DUCT SYSTEMS
 PER FBC-R M16 & BATH EXHAUST PER FBC-R M15.
  
 5) FBC-R - M1401.3 SIZING. HEATING AND COOLING
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SIZED BASED ON BUILDING LOADS
 CALCULATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCA MANUAL J OR OTHER
 APPROVED HEATING AND COOLING CALCULATION METHODOLOGIES.
 PROVIDE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS.
  
 6) THE CABANA APPEARS TO HAVE A BEDROOM WITH A CEILING
 FAN AND A CLOSET, HOWEVER, IT IS MARKED AS STORAGE ON
 THE PLANS. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF THIS IS TO BE USED AS
 STORAGE THEN IT CAN NOT BE USED AS HABITABLE SPACE. IT
 WILL NEED TO BE SPECIFIED AS A STORAGE BUILDING RATHER
 THAN A CABANA ON THE PLANS AND THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 THIS AREA WILL NEED TO BE "BOLDLY" LABELED NOT TO BE
 USED AS HABITABLE SPACE ON THE PLANS. IF IT IS
 DETERMINED THAT THE STORAGE BUILDING IS BEING USED FOR
 OTHER THAN STORAGE IN THE FUTURE, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 BEING FINED AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A BUILDING
 PERMIT IN ORDER TO HAVE A CHANGE OF USE FROM STORAGE TO
 HABITABLE SPACE. NEW PLANS AND AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW
 WILL BE REQUIRED. FBC105.1
  
 7) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION DETAILS FOR THE
 PARAPETS ON THE PLANS. FBC-R301.1
  
 8) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION DETAILS FOR THE
 BEAMS AT THE PROPOSED COVERED PORCH ON THE PLANS.

 9) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE WALL LEDGERS FOR
 THE ROOF RAFTERS AT THE PROPOSED PORCH AND MASTER
 BEDROOM ADDITION. FBC-R301.1
  
 10) SPECIFY THE STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS THAT WILL BE USED
 TO ANCHOR THE ROOF RAFTERS FOR THE ADDITION AND THE NEW
 CABANA BUILDING. PROVIDE A ROOF CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON

 11) PROVIDE WINDOW AND DOOR BUCK DETAILS ON THE PLANS.

 12) SPECIFY THE SIZES OF THE ROOF SCUPPERS ON THE PLANS
 AND PROVIDE ROOF SCUPPER SIZING CALCULATIONS.

 COLLECTORS AND DOWNSPOUTS THAT DISCHAGE AT LEAST ONE
 FOOT FROM THE STRUCTURE WALLS.
  
 15) SHOW THE DOOR AND WINDOW LINTELS AND PROVIDE A
 LINTEL SCHEDULE ON THE PLANS. PROVIDE A DROP BEAM
 DETAIL FOR THE POURED TIE BEAM IF THIS METHOD IS USED
 RATHER THAN LINTELS. FBC-R606.10
  
 16) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE ROOFING MATERIALS,
 WINDOW TYPES AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES.
  
 17) THE DOOR SCHEDULE ON THE PLAN SPECIFIES FRENCH
 DOORS. THE DOORS ON THE FLOOR PLANS ARE DRAWN AS
 SLIDING GLASS DOORS AND PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE
 SUBMITTED FOR VINYL SLIDING GLASS DOORS. CLARIFY WHICH
 DOORS ARE BEING INSTALLED AND CORRECT THE PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 18) CLARIFY IF THE FRENCH DOORS #1 AND #2 IN THE
 SCHEDULE ARE A PAIR OF 3'-0" X 6'-8" AND IF SO INDICATE
 ON THE PLANS. ALSO, SHOW WHETHER THE DOORS ARE
 OUT-SWING OR IN-SWING ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 19) PRODUCT APPROVALS WERE SUBMITTED FOR BOTH ALUMINUM
 AND PVC SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS. THE WINDOW SCHEDULE
 SPECIFIES ALUMINUM WINDOWS. CLARIFY. FBC 107.2.1
  
 20) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL DRAWINGS FOR THE ALUMINUM
 SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS THAT WERE SUBMITTED WERE NOT SHRUNK
 TO FIT ON 8-1/2" X 11" PAPER AND THEREFORE ARE MISSING
 INFORMATION. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF DRAWINGS THAT ARE
 COMPLETE. FBC 107.2.1.3
  
 21) SPECIFY THE SIZE AND LOCATIONS OF THE WATER HEATERS
 FOR BOTH THE MAIN HOUSE AND THE STORAGE BUILDING ON THE
 PLANS. FBC-R306.4
  
 22) IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE VALUATION OF THIS PROJECT,
 PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT. FBC 109.3
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 23) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. NOTE: DUE TO THE
 INFORMATION THAT IS MISSING FROM THE CONSTRUCTION
