 1. DESIGN WIND LOADS BASED ON ASCE 7-10 ARE VALID, BUT
 PLANS ARE BASED ON THE 2014 FBC. THE CURRENT GOVERNING
 CODE IS THE 2017 FBC 6TH ED. PLEASE CORRECT CODE
 REFERENCE ON PLANS.
 2. ENGINEER OF RECORD TO SIGN AND SEAL ALL PLAN AGES.
 3. PROVIDE FLAME SPREAD REPORT FOR AWNING FABRIC PER
 ASTM E-84 OR NFPA 701.
 4. PROVIDE SITE PLAN. SHOW LOCATION OF ALL WORK.
 5. PROVIDE DETAIL OF EXISTING OR PROPOSED FOUNDATION.
  
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2017
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, 6TH EDITION.
  
 PURSUANT TO FBC 107.1, AND FS 481.229 (1) I, AS THIS
 DESIGN EXCEEDS $25,000.00 IN VALUE, THE DESIGN MUST BE
 PREPARED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL PURSUANT TO FS 481.
 SEE BELOW:
  
 PLANS THAT HAVE BEEN PREPARED BY AN ENGINEER AND
 SUBMITTED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL BEAR THE SIGNATURE,
 DATE AND SEAL OF THE ENGINEER PER FL ADMIN. CODE RULE

 FBC 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
 THE EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM CRITERIA
 AND DOCUMENTS: A FLOOR PLAN; SITE PLAN; FOUNDATION
 PLAN; FLOOR/ROOF FRAMING PLAN OR TRUSS LAYOUT; ALL
 FENESTRATION PENETRATIONS; FLASHING; AND ROUGH OPENING
 DIMENSIONS; AND ALL EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS:
  
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
