  A. ALL SIGNS SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE MASTER DEVELOPER
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
  
  B. THE MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED TWO (2)
 FEET FOR 1-STORY BUILDINGS.
  
  C. THE MAXIMUM SIGNS AREA SHALL BE LIMITED TO 60% OF
 THE ALLOCATION PROVIDED IN SECTION 94-409 OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
