 PLEASE BE ADVISED THE NEW SET OF PLANS ARE SHOWING THIS
 AS THE ONLY BATHROOM AND THE 1ST SET OF PLANS SUBMITTED
 DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON THEM. THIS BUILDING
 BUILT IN 2005 UNDER PERMIT # 03020961 WAS BUILT
 COMPLING WITH THE FAIR HOUSING DESIGN MANUAL WITH SPEC
 A BATHROOM WHICH MUST FULLY REMAIN.
  
  
 1) A SHOWER INSTALLED ADJACENT TO A TOILET IS NOT
 ACCEPTABLE UNDER THE GUIDELINES ( FAIR HOUSING MANUAL
 7.44)
  
 2) SHOWER VALVE IS NOT IN A ACCESSIBLE LOCATION TO BE
 ACCESSED FROM THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AREA.
  
 3) WHERE A SHOWER IS THE ONLY BATHING FIXTURE IN A
 DWELLING IT MUST COMPLY WITH ( FAIR HOUSING MANUAL 7.58
  
 4) SHOW CABINET DETAIL. MAX COUNTER TOP TO SINK IS 34".

 5) SHOW ALL REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACES. ( FAIR HOUSING

 6) TOILETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE 18" MIN ON GRAB BAR SIDE
 AND 15" ON NONE GRAB BAR SIDE TOTAL MIN 33". ( FAIR
