 1- WIND LOAD TABLE SUBMITTED WAS MARKED WITH A MEAN
 ROOF HEIGHT OF 15 FT. THIS IS A TWO STORY TOWNHOUSE.
 THEREFORE, THE 15 FT MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS INCORRECT.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO REFLECT THE CORRECT MEAN ROOF
 HEIGHT. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 6TH EDITION (2017).
  
 2- INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SUBMITTED;
 A) REVISE THE WALL DESIGN PRESSURES. COORDINATE WITH
 ITEM #1 ABOVE. SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) REVISE THE SHUTTERS GLASS SEPARATION. WHERE IS THE
 GLASS SEPARATION DIMENSION OF 2-3/4" TAKEN FROM?. SEE
 SHEET 5 OF 18 OF DRAWINGS SUBMITTED AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. THERE IS NOT 2-3/4" SEPARATION FOR THE TYPE
 OF CONSTRUCTION OF THIS HOUSE (CONCRETE). REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 C) TYPICALLY ACCORDION SHUTTERS ARE INSTALLED
 VERTICALLY. CLARIFY WHY COLUMN FOR SHUTTER INSTALLATION
 SPECIFIES "BOTH". REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 D) THE EDGE DISTANCE SPECIFIED IS 3". THIS MEANS THAT
 THE ANCHOR SPACING SPECIFIED ON THE ANCHOR SPACING ON
 SHEET 6 OF 18 NEEDS TO BE MULTIPLIED BY 0.90 AS
 REQUIRED BY THE EDGE DISTANCE VERSUS SPACING SCHEDULE
 FOR ANCHORS TABLE ON SHEET 6 OF 18. REVISE ANCHOR
 SPACING AS REQUIRED.
