 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL HAS DESIGNED THE PLANS TO
 THE WRONG CODE AND EDITION OF THE CODE. THE PLANS STATE
 THEY WERE DESIGNED TO THE 2014 FBC-RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 EFFECTIVE DEC. 31/2017 THE 6TH EDITION/ 2017 FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE WAS ADOPTED STATEWIDE. PLEASE UPDATE
 PLANS. THIS IS A HIGHRISE BUILDING MULTI-UNIT R-2
 OCCUPANCY, NOT A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE.
  
 2) THE WIND DESIGN REVERTS BACK TO THE 2010 FBC AND A
 EXPOSURE C, WE ARE UNDER THE 2017 FBC-B STILL ASCE
 7-10, EXPOSURE D. THIS CONDOMINIUM IS DIRECTLY ON THE
 INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY.
  
 3) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS NOT LISTED HOW THE PLANS
 WERE DESIGNED UNDER THE 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE ALL
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE METHODS
 LISTED IN SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED
 BY THE APPLICANT.
 301.1.1 PRESCRIPTIVE COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 301.1.2 WORK AREA COMPLIANCE METHOD.
 301.1.3 PERFORMANCE COMPLIANCE METHOD.
  
 4) SHEET A-1 NOTE # 4 INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF A
 PORTION OF THE DROP CEILING BUT NO INFORMATION IS GIVEN
 HOW THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE DROPPED CEILING IS TO
 BE FRAMED? TYPE OF FRAMING SUPPORTS, SIZE, SPACING,
 SPAN, DEFLECTION LIMITS, ANCHORAGE TO THE CEILING
 ABOVE, THICKNESS OF CEILING FINISH MATERIAL.

 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
