 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 2- ADDRESS SHOWN ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND IN ALL
 PLANS IS INCORRECT. REVISE THE ADDRESS NUMBER AND ZIP
 CODE. IT LOOKS LIKE THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS 979 39TH
 STREET. AND THE CORRECT ZIP CODE IS 33407 NOT 33470.
