 IN HEIGHT. THE STRUCTURAL SHEET S-201 SOUTH ELEVATION
 FRAMING SHOWS A HORIZONTAL 6X6 HSS STEEL BEAM BUT NO
 ELEVATION IS GIVEN, SHEET S-401
 DETAIL # 4 SHOWS THE SAME 6X6 HSS STEEL BEAM AND NO
 ELEVATION IS PROVIDED. AGAIN NO ELEVATION HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED FOR THIS BEAM.
  
 2B) SHEET A-101 SHOWS DOORS 101B & 101C BOTH AS A
 SINGLE SWING DOOR, SHEET A-601 DEPICTS THESE DOORS AS
 TYPE EE. SHEET A-602 INDICATES BOTH SETS OF DOORS ARE
 AUTO SLIDING DOORS. PLEASE NOTE AS DEPICTED THERE IS NO
 HORIZONTAL MULLION BETWEEN THE UPPER TRANSOM AND AUTO
 DOOR MECHANISM HOUSING.
 NOTE ALSO INDICATES THAT THE AUTOMATIC DOORS ARE
 PROVIDED BY A ALDI VENDOR. ARE THE DOORS NEW DOORS, OR
 RE-USED DOORS? IS THE VENDOR TO BE COVERED UNDER THIS
 PERMIT? DOES THE ALDI VENDOR HAVE FLORIDA CONTRACTING
 LICENSURE TO DO THIS TYPE OF INSTALLATION?

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 3) SHEET G-002 LIST 9 PRODUCT APPROVALS, THESE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WERE NOT SUBMITTED THIS REVIEW CYCLE. THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD CAN DEFER THE SUBMISSION OF THESE
 APPROVALS UNTIL AFTER PERMIT ISSUANCE. PLEASE NOTE IN
 THE NARRATIVE RESPONSE IF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE TO
 BE CONSIDERED A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL.
  
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.

 ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE INCREASED FOR
 BOTH INSULATION & THE BASE SHEET AS CALCULATED IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH ROOFING APPLICATION STANDARDS RAS 117.

 SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR

 7A) SHEET S-403 DETAIL # 1 SHOW A NEW MECHANICAL STAND
 WITH A VERTICAL DISTANCE MEASURED 48 INCHES FROM THE
 TOP OF THE BAR JOIST TO THE BOTTOM OF THE CONDENSING
 UNIT. THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 1510.10 STATES CLEARANCE
 BELOW RAISED ROOF MOUNTED MECHANICAL UNITS. FOR A UNIT
 60 INCHES IN WIDTH OR WIDER THERE IS TO BE 48 INCHES OF
 CLEARANCE. THE WAY THE DISTANCE IS MEASURED YOU DO NOT
 HAVE 48 INCHES CLEARANCE.
 DEFINITION: THE DISTANCE BY WHICH ONE OBJECT CLEARS
 ANOTHER OR THE CLEAR SPACE BETWEEN THEM.
  
 7B) THE S-403 DETAIL 1 NOR THE H DRAWINGS SHOW HOW THE
 ROOF TOP CONDENSERS ARE GOING TO BE ANCHORED TO RESIST
 SLIDING OR THE MOMENT OF OVERTURNING. 2017 FBC-B 1604.4
 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL MEMBERS AND THEIR
 CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY METHODS OF
 STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT EQUILIBRIUM,
 GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY AND BOTH
 SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES. EVERY
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE OVERTURNING
 EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND LOADS.

 ARE NO DETAILS PROVIDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 904.3 CHECK-OUT AISLES.
 904.3.2 COUNTER. THE COUNTER SURFACE HEIGHT SHALL BE 38
 INCHES (965 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND. THE TOP OF THE COUNTER EDGE PROTECTION SHALL BE
 2 INCHES (51 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE TOP OF THE COUNTER
 SURFACE ON THE AISLE SIDE OF THE CHECK-OUT COUNTER.
