 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS 1-9 LIST THE CONDITIONS FROM THE
 DAC FINAL ORDER AND WHETHER THEY HAVE BEEN SATISFIED:
  
 1. SATISFIED. CROSS WALKS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT STREET
 CORNERS.
 2. SATISFIED. THE WINDOWS ALONG THE NORTH EDGE OF THE
 EAST ELEVATION SHALL BE LOWERED.
 3. SATISFIED - WILL BE REVIEWED THROUGH SEPARATE PERMI.
 TREE GRATES ALONG 3RD STREET AND WEST RAILROAD AVENUE
 SHALL BE REMOVED AND A CONTINUOUS 5? WIDE PLANTING BED
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG THE STREETS.
 4. NOT SATISFIED - WILL BE REVIEWED THROUGH SEPARATE
 PERMIT. THE PROPOSED FLORIDA THATCH PALM ALONG WEST
 RAILROAD AVENUE SHALL BE CHANGED TO OAK TREES.
 5. NOT SATISFIED - WILL BE REVIEWED THROUGH SEPARATE
 PERMI. THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED ALEXANDER PALM
 TREES ALONG 4TH STREET SHALL BE ANALYZED FOR THE
 POSSIBILITY OF INCLUDING A SHADE TREE TO MEET THE 30?
 REQUIREMENT FOR SHADE STREET TREES.
 6. SATISFIED. THE PAVERS SHALL BE REMOVED AND THE
 LANDSCAPE BED SHALL BE CONTINUED ALONG THE NORTH FA?ADE
 TO THE BUILDING ENTRANCE.
 7. ONGOING. THE APPLICANT SHALL STUDY THE SITE FOR A
 DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR THE FPL GENERATOR.
 8. NOT SATISFIED. THE BICYCLE RACKS SHALL BE RELOCATED
 TO A MORE SUITABLE LOCATION FOR PUBLIC USE AND MEET THE
 24? SPACE REQUIREMENT FROM BUILDING FA?ADE. BICYCLE
 RACK DETAILS SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH BUILDING PERMIT TO
 MEET THE CITY APPROVED STANDARD.
 PLEASE SHOW LOCATION OF PROPOSED BIKE RACKS WITH
 DIMENSIONS ON SITE PLAN. PLEASE INCLUDE BICYCLE RACK
 DETAIL WITH RESUBMITTAL AS REQUESTED.
 9. NOT SATISFIED. THE PROPOSED BICYCLE RACK ALONG 3RD
 STREET SHALL BE RELOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE FOUNDATION
 LANDSCAPING AREA.
 PLEASE SHOW LOCATION OF BICYCLE RACKS WITH DIMENSIONS

 10. THE TOTAL BUILDING FOOTPRINT HAS CHANGED FROM THE
 LAST SITE PLAN SUBMITTAL TO THIS PERMIT SUBMITTAL FROM
 142,279.65 SF TO 142,288.42 FROM LAST DRAWINGS. THE FAR
 BREAKDOWN CHANGED BUT APPEARS THE SAME ON THE
 ILLUSTRATIONS. PLEASE CLARIFY THE DIFFERENCES
 11. CHANGED OUT WINDOWS FOR ALUMINUM VENTILATION
 LOUVRES ON 3RD STREET ELEVATION. PLEASE CLARIFY REASON
 FOR CHANGE AND KEEP WINDOWS IF POSSIBLE. IF BEING
 CHANGED TO LOUVRES, THE TRANSPARENCY CALCULATIONS WILL
 NEED TO RECALCULATED.
 12. WINDOWS WERE REMOVED FOR WOODEN CLAD SYSTEM ALONG
 THE EAST ELEVATION. PLEASE INCLUDE IN NEW CALCULATIONS
 FOR TRANSPARENCY ALONG EAST ELEVATION THAT ALSO
 ADDRESSES THE LARGER WINDOWS THAT WERE ADDED AS PART OF
 DAC APPROVAL,
 13. NEW WINDOWS WERE ADDED ALONG THE WEST ELEVATION.
 PLEASE UPDATE IN THE TRANSPARENCY CALCULATIONS.
 14. PLEASE UPDATE THE NE PERSPECTIVE VIEW ILLUSTRATING
 THE MODIFIED WINDOWS.
 15. THE COLOR ELEVATIONS FOR THE SOUTH ELEVATION (3RD
 STREET) DO NOT SHOW THE ALUMINUM LOUVRES, IT STILL
 SHOWS WINDOWS. PLEASE UPDATE
 16. PLEASE UPDATE THE COLOR ELEVATIONS TO SHOW THE
 MODIFIED WINDOWS ALONG THE EAST ELEVATION (W RAILROAD
 AVE)
 17. PLEASE UPDATE THE COLOR ELEVATIONS TO SHOW THE
 MODIFIED WINDOWS ALONG THE WEST ELEVATION
 18. PLEASE REMOVE THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHEETS FROM THIS
