 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) PROVIDE TWO SETS OF DRAINAGE PLANS THAT SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R401.3 DRAINAGE. SURFACE DRAINAGE
 SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER
 APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A
 HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER
 AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A
 MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET
 (3048 MM). EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR
 OTHER PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF
 FALL WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL
 BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE
 STRUCTURE. IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM)
 OF THE BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF
 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 2) FBC 107.2.5 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES AND, AS APPLICABLE,
 FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY. IN THE CASE OF
 DEMOLITION, THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW CONSTRUCTION TO BE
 DEMOLISHED AND THE LOCATION AND SIZE OF EXISTING
 STRUCTURES AND CONSTRUCTION THAT ARE TO REMAIN ON THE
 SITE OR PLOT.

 LISTED WITH THE CODE SUMMARY. FBC-R101.2
  
 5) SHEET S-4 IS MISSING FROM BOTH SETS OF THE PLANS
 THAT WERE SUBMITTED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) SHOW THAT THE DOOR FROM THE GARAGE TO THE RESIDENCE
 COMPLIES WITH R302.5.1 OPENING PROTECTION. OPENINGS
 FROM A PRIVATE GARAGE DIRECTLY INTO A ROOM USED FOR
 SLEEPING PURPOSES SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED. OTHER
 OPENINGS BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND RESIDENCE SHALL BE
 EQUIPPED WITH SOLID WOOD DOORS NOT LESS THAN 13/8
 INCHES (35 MM) IN THICKNESS, SOLID OR HONEY-COMB-CORE
 STEEL DOORS NOT LESS THAN 13/8 INCHES (35 MM) THICK, OR
 20-MINUTE FIRE-RATED DOORS, EQUIPPED WITH A

 10) THE INFORMATION IN THE EGRESS WINDOW NOTE ON SHEET
 A-1 IS NOT CORRECT. R310.1.1 MINIMUM OPENING AREA. ALL
 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5.7 SQUARE FEET.
 EXCEPTION: GRADE FLOOR OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM
 NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5 SQUARE FEET.
 R310.1.2 MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT. THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR
 OPENING HEIGHT SHALL BE 24 INCHES (610 MM).
 R310.1.3 MINIMUM OPENING WIDTH. THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR
 OPENING WIDTH SHALL BE 20 INCHES (508 MM).
  
 11) THE ENERGY FORMS CONTAIN ERRORS. THE BUILDER'S NAME
 IN INCORRECT. THE CONDITION FLOOR AREA DOES NOT MATCH
 THE PLANS. THE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS DOES NOT MATCH THE
 PLANS. THE VENT RATIO DOES NOT MATCH THE PLANS. FBC
 ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION R101.5.1.1.2
  
 12) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-RR807.1 ATTIC ACCESS.
 BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF CONSTRUCTION
 SHALL HAVE AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING TO ATTIC AREAS THAT
 EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M2) AND HAVE A VERTICAL
 HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR GREATER. THE VERTICAL
 HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE TOP OF THE CEILING
 FRAMING MEMBERS TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ROOF FRAMING
 MEMBERS. THE ROUGH-FRAMED OPENING SHALL NOT BE LESS

 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 ROOFING MATERIALS, UPPER ROOF VENTS, WINDOW/GLASS
 TYPES, PRECAST LINTELS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES.
  
 14) FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 VALUATION HAS BEEN ADJUSTED BASED ON THE CURRENT ICC
 VALUATION DATA.
  
 15) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
 RE-SUBMITTAL PROCEDURE
 YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A RE-SUBMITTAL FORM TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE CORRECTED PLANS AND/OR OTHER
 DOCUMENTS. THE PERMIT CLERK WILL RETRIEVE THE DENIED
 APPLICATION, PLANS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR YOU. YOU ARE
 REQUIRED TO REMOVE THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN
 CORRECTED AND REPLACE THEM WITH THE NEW ONES. THE CLERK
 WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A STAPLE REMOVER AND A STAPLER.
 ONE SET OF THE OLD PLAN SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN REMOVED
 SHALL BE MARKED AS VOIDED AND RESUBMITTED ALONG WITH
 THE TWO (OR MORE) SETS THAT CONTAIN THE CORRECTED
 SHEETS. IF THERE ARE ANY SHEETS THAT HAVE BEEN STAMPED
 FOR COUNTY IMPACT FEES, HOA APPROVAL STAMPS OR OTHERS,
 RESUBMIT THOSE SHEETS.
 IF ALL OF THE PLAN SHEETS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED, THEN TWO
 (OR MORE) SETS OF THE NEW PLANS AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS
