 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PLEASE HAVE THE SURVEYOR VERIFY THAT ALL EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ARE REPRESENTED IN THE SURVEY. AN AERIAL
 VIEW OF THE PROPERTY SHOWS THAT THERE IS AN EXISTING
 STRUCTURE/ADDITION ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE THAT IS
 NOT REFLECTED IN THE SURVEY.
  
 2.) WHY DOES THE SURVEY SHOW THAT THE PROPERTY IS SPLIT
 INTO THREE SEPARATE PARCELS? PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 3.) PER ZLDR S.94-72, THE REQUIRED REAR SEATBACK IS 15
 FT. OR 10% OF THE LOT DEPTH. BASED ON THE CURRENT
 SURVEY AND SITE PLAN, THE BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENT.
  
 4.) PER ZLDR S.94-72, THE REQUIRED SIDE SETBACK IS A
 MINIMUM OF 5 FT. AND 15 FT. TOTAL ON BOTH SIDES. PLEASE
 SHOW THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE CLOSEST POINT OF
 THE BUILDING TO THE EAST SIDE PROPERTY LINE TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE.
  
 5.) PLEASE CLARIFY THE SIZE OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION ON
 SHEET A-1 OF THE PERMIT PACKET. THE SITE PLAN INDICATES
 THE ADDITION IS 780 SQ. FT. AND THE SITE DATA TABLE
 INDICATES THAT THE PROPOSED ADDITION IS 587 SQ. FT.
 PLEASE CHECK THE CALCULATIONS AND MAKE THE
 CORRECTION(S) WHERE NECESSARY.
  
 6.) WHAT WILL THE PROPOSED ADDITION BE USED FOR? PLEASE
 PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
  
 7.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($88,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($159,074) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
