 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN THAT SHOWS COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC-R401.3 DRAINAGE. SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE
 DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED
 POINT OF COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS
 SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6
 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 2) THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES FOR THE ROOF AREAS ON
 SHEET A-1 ARE NOT CORRECT. BASED ON THE PLANS AND WIND
 DESIGN DATA THAT WAS PROVIDED, THE UPLIFT PRESSURES FOR
 THE FLAT ROOF ARE -37.9 PSF (ZONE1), -63.6 PSF (ZONE 2)
 AND -95.7 PSF (ZONE 3). FBC-R301.2.1
  
 3) THE DISTANCE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AT THE REAR IS
 LESS THAN 3 FEET. PER FBC-R TABLE R302.1(1), NO
 OPENINGS ARE ALLOWED IN WALLS LESS THAN 3 FEET FROM
 PROPERTY LINE. EXTERIOR WALLS AND THE UNDERSIDE OF
 PROJECTIONS THAT ARE LESS THAN 5 FEET ARE REQUIRED TO
 HAVE A ONE HOUR FIRE RATING. THESE ITEMS WILL NEED TO
 BE ADDRESSED WITHOUT THE UNITY OF TITLE.
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-R314.3.1 ALTERATIONS,
 REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS. WHEN ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR
 ADDITIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE
 SLEEPING ROOMS ARE ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING
 DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE
 EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW
 DWELLINGS.
  
 5) ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS THAT OPEN FROM THE NEW
 ADDITION TO THE POOL SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH AN APPROVED
 EXIT ALARM OR OTHER MEANS OF A POOL BARRIER COMPLYING
 WITH FBC-R4501.17.1.9.
  
 6) ALL METAL WINDOW AND DOOR FRAMES WITHIN 5 FEET OF
 THE INSIDE WALL OF THE POOL ARE REQUIRED TO BE BONDED.

 7) THE POOL DECK IS REQUIRED TO SLOPE AWAY FROM THE
 POOL AND FBC-R401.3 REQUIRES IMPERVIOUS SURFACES TO BE
 SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
 PROVISIONS SHALL BE MADE TO DRAIN THE WATER AWAY FROM
 THE POOL AS WELL AS THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALLS AND PREVENT
 IT FROM PONDING ON THE POOL DECK. A DECO DRAIN FOR THE
 POOL MAY BE USED. SHOW HOW THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED ON
 THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE LARGE MISSILE
 RATED EXTERIOR FRENCH DOORS.
  
 9) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117
 ENHANCED FASTENING CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY
 LIMITATION NUMBER 7 ON PAGE 34 OF THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR THE POLYGLASS SELF-ADHERED ROOF SYSTEM NOA NO.
 17-1004.09. FBC 107.2.1.3
  
 10) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
