 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE DONE LATER WHEN THE PLANS ARE
 APPROVED AND STAMPED BY THE CITY.
  
 2- HORIZONTAL ROLLER EGRESS WINDOW #4 MAY NOT COMPLY
 WITH THE MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OPENING REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R310.1.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014). PROVIDE
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THAT THE
 SPECIFIED SIZE COMPLIES WITH ALL THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 3- SHEET A-1. REVISE THE EGRESS WINDOWS NOTE THAT IS
 LOCATED BELOW THE WINDOW SCHEDULE:
 A) WINDOWS NEED TO HAVE A MINIMUM TOTAL CLEAR OPENING
 AREA NOT MINIMUM TOTAL GLASS AREA. SEE SEC. R310.1.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND REVISE WORDING AS REQUIRED.
  
 B) THE MINIMUM CLEAR HEIGHT IS 24" NOT 22". SEE SEC.

 C) THE NET CLEAR OPENING SHALL BE MINIMUM 5.7 SQUARE
 FEET. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS 5.0 SQUARE FEET FOR

 INTERIOR GARAGE DOOR LEADING FROM THE GARAGE TO THE
 MAIN HOUSE (INCLUDING THE SELF CLOSING DEVICE) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R302.5.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
