 1) THE VALUE OF $9,200.00 STATED ON THE REVISION
 APPLICATION IS NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE ADDITIONAL SCOPE
 SPECIFIED ON THE DRAWING THAT WAS SUBMITTED. PROVIDE AN
 ITEMIZED COST BREAK DOWN FOR THE PROPOSED REVISED SCOPE
 OF WORK WITH AN ACCURATE TOTAL VALUE. FBC 109.3
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE
 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF A FLOOR PLAN THAT ACCURATELY
 SHOWS AND DESCRIBES THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 3) THE PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED DO NOT MATCH THE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER'S RECORDS. SHOW THE
 ENTIRE STRUCTURE THAT IS UNDER ROOF ON THE PLANS
 INCLUDING CARPORTS, PORCHES, ETC. IF THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE DOES NOT MATCH THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 DIAGRAM, EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) PROVIDE EXISTING AND PROPOSED AREA TABULATIONS ON
 THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE
 WINDOW/GLASS TYPES, STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR
 DOOR TYPES. IF THE WINDOWS ARE NOT LARGE MISSILE IMPACT
 RATED, THEN SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STORM
 PANELS ALONG WITH A KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 6) SHOW HOW THE BEDROOM WINDOWS WILL COMPLY WITH
 FBC-R310.1 EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND RESCUE REQUIRED.
 BASEMENTS, HABITABLE ATTICS AND EVERY SLEEPING ROOM
 SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE OPERABLE EMERGENCY ESCAPE AND
 RESCUE OPENING.
  
 FBC-R310.1.1 MINIMUM OPENING AREA. ALL EMERGENCY ESCAPE
 AND RESCUE OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM NET CLEAR
 OPENING OF 5.7 SQUARE FEET. EXCEPTION: GRADE FLOOR
 OPENINGS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING OF 5
 SQUARE FEET.
  
 FBC-R310.1.2 MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT SHALL BE 24
 INCHES.
  
 FBC-R310.1.3 MINIMUM OPENING WIDTH.
 THE MINIMUM NET CLEAR OPENING WIDTH SHALL BE 20 INCHES.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE OCCUPANCY TYPE ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 8) SPECIFY THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY OF THE PROJECT ON THE
 PLANS. FBC-R301.2.1.4
  
 9) THE APPROVED PLANS WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED BY PALM
 BEACH COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF ANY IMPACT FEES ARE DUE.
 SEE THE IMPACT FEE REVIEW FOR DETAILS.
  
 10) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
