 PROJECT. THIS CONTRACTOR TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND
 SUPERVISES THE SUBCONTRACTORS. AT THIS TIME, THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION IS A PLUMBING APPLICATION. A
 CONTRACTOR LICENSED TO OVERSEE THE WORK SHOULD BE THE
 PRIME CONTRACTOR. IS IT APPLICANT'S INTENT THAT
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR IS THE PRIME CONTRACTOR? IF YES,
 HAVE THE PLUMBING CONTRACTOR CONTACT ME. IF NO, SUBMIT
 A PERMIT APPLICATION FROM THE GENERAL OR BUILDING
 CONTRACTOR WHO WILL BE THE CONTRACTOR SUPERVISING THIS
