 ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-BUILDING SEC.304.1.
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING SECS.
 1001.3 IS REQUIRED.
 2) 2014 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING VOLUME - SEC.1006.1 -
 ACCESSIBILITY - ACCESSIBILITY IN PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS
 UNDERGOING A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, ACCESSIBILITY. THE EXISTING TOILET ROOM SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 SUBMIT A FLOOR PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE.
 3) CORRECT THE ADDRESS ON THE PLANS. THE PLANS NOTE THE
 ADDRESS AS 118 CLEMATIS ST. AND THE ADDRESS ON THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION IS LISTED AS 330 CLEMATIS ST., UNIT
 #118. CLARIFY.
 4) SUBMIT A WATER RISER DIAGRAM THAT CLEARLY SHOWS THE
 ENTIRE SCOPE OF WATER PIPING TO BE INSTALLED. WPB
 AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.3.5.1.3 ( 3 ).
 5) SUBMIT A SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM THAT CLEARLY SHOWS
 THE ENTIRE SCOPE OF DRAINAGE PIPING TO BE INSTALLED.
 WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.3.5.1.3 ( 4 ).SHOW ALL PIPE
 SIZES ON THE SANITARY RISER. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC.

 6) ALL INDIRECT WASTE PIPING THAT EXCEEDS 30 INCHES IN
 DEVELOPED LENGTH MEASURED HORIZONTALLY, OR 54 INCHES IN
 TOTAL DEVELOPED LENGTH SHALL BE TRAPPED. 2014

 7) THE SUBMITTED PLANS HAVE A NOTE STATING THAT THE
 EXISTING PLUMBING FIXTURES IN THE TOILET ROOM ARE TO BE
 REMOVED AND TO SEE SHEET TWO OF THREE FOR THE NEW
 LAYOUT. THERE ARE NO SHEETS TWO OF THREE OR THREE OF
 THREE AND THERE IS NO OTHER INFORMATION AS TO THE
 INSTALLATION OF NEW FIXTURES OR WHAT ELSE WILL BE DONE.
 CLARIFY. A MINIMUM OF ONE TOILET ROOM COMPLYING WITH
 THE FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 8) HOT OR TEMPERED WATER SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO THE NEW
 WASH STATION SINKS AND TO THE HAND SINK PER 2014
 FBC-PLUMBING SEC. 607.1.
 9) TEMPERED WATER SHALL BE SUPPLIED THROUGH A WATER
 TEMPERATURE LIMITING DEVICE THAT CONFORMS TO ASSE 1070
 AND SHALL LIMIT THE TEMPERED WATER TO A MAXIMUM OF 110
 DEGREES. 2014 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.607.1.2.
 10) MEANS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR CONTROLLING INCREASED
 PRESSURE CAUSED BY THERMAL EXPANSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 2014 FBC-PLUMBING SEC.607.3.
 11) SHOW THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE NEW OCCUPANCY ON THE
 PLANS. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1. WPB AMEND. TO
 FBC SEC. 107.3.5.1.1.
 12) BUILDINGS UNDERGOING A CHANGE OF OCCCUPANCY SHALL
 ALSO COMPLY WITH THE 2014 FBC - EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 CHAPTERS 7,8, & 9 PER 2014 FBC EXISTING BUILDING
