 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) A SITE PLAN SHOWING ALL PROPOSED STRUCTURES (I.E.
 RESIDENCE, DRIVEWAY, STEPS, PORCHES, A/C UNIT PAD,
 ETC.) AND SETBACK DISTANCES FROM THE PROPERTY LINE IS
 REQUIRED. ALL SETBACK DISTANCES SHALL BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) AND THE DIMENSIONS
 PROVIDED IN THE SURVEY. [12/19/17 REPEAT COMMENT]
  
 2.) A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQ. FT. OR 75 PERCENT OF THE
 REQUIRED FRONT YARD (THE AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT.
 OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE ON WINDSOR AVE.) SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (I.E. GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). PLEASE
 SHOW CALCULATIONS IN THE REQUESTED SITE PLAN TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE. [ZLDR S.94-482(A)] [12/19/17

 3.) THERE SEEMS TO BE AN A/C COMPRESSOR LOCATED ON THE
 NORTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING. PLEASE PROVIDE SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FOR THE PROPOSED CONCRETE PAD TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE(S). PLEASE NOTE THAT PURSUANT TO ZLDR
 S.94-305(A)(4), THE PAD CANNOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT.
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4.) PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY IN THE
 REQUESTED SITE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DRIVEWAY
 CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH. [ZLDR S.94-312(1)]
  
 5.) ROOF EAVES SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 3 FT. INTO
 ANY SETBACK. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS IN THE
