 BUILDING REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION AFTER
 THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES MAY APPLY. CONTRACTOR
 TO ADVICE IF PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT THIS TIME
 OR IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION BEFORE PERMIT

 THE ATTIC ABOVE GARAGE IS GOING TO BE USED FOR STORAGE.
 SEE SIZE OF ATTIC ACCESS AND OPTIONAL DROP STAIRS.
 REVISE LOADS ACCORDINGLY. SEE TABLE R301.5 FOR REQUIRED
 LIVE LOADS AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. NOTE: REVISE LOADING
 CRITERIA SHOWN ON TRUSS LAYOUT SUBMITTED TO MATCH
 ENGINEER OF RECORD PROPOSED DESIGN CRITERIA.
  
 2- REVISE STRUCTURAL NOTE #3 ON SHEET T-1. ACCORDING TO
 ASTM C 1063 THE HIGH RIB METAL LATH NEED TO BE NAILED
 WITH NAILS OR STAPLES THAT PROVIDE MIN. 1-3/4"
 PENETRATION INTO THE ROOF TRUSS (HORIZONTAL FRAMING
 MEMBERS).
 RESPONSE: NOTE #3 CALLS FOR OPTIONAL STAPLES WITH 7/8"

 IS FOR THE 2017 CODE. THIS BUILDING IS BEING REVIEWED
 UNDER THE 2014 CODE. PROVIDE CORRECT FORM. SEC.

 B) BUILDER NAME IS INCORRECT. IT DOESN'T MATCH BUILDER
 SHOWN ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 6- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
 R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 R401.3 DRAINAGE: SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO
 A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE
 GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION
 WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152
 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
