 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE (INSUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO CONDUCT A FULL
 ZONING REVIEW):
  
 1.) PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2.) A SITE PLAN SHOWING ALL PROPOSED STRUCTURES (I.E.
 RESIDENCE, DRIVEWAY, STEPS, PORCHES, A/C UNIT PAD,
 ETC.) AND SETBACK DISTANCES FROM THE PROPERTY LINE IS
 REQUIRED. ALL SETBACK DISTANCES SHALL BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 3.) A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQ. FT. OR 75 PERCENT OF THE
 REQUIRED FRONT YARD (THE AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT.
 OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE ON WINDSOR AVE.) SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT MATERIAL (I.E. GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES, VINES OR TREES). PLEASE
 SHOW CALCULATIONS IN THE REQUESTED SITE PLAN TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE. [ZLDR S.94-482(A)]

 * A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 NEW CONSTRUCTION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (C.O.).
