 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE ARCHITECT'S RESPONSE TO COMMENT #5 FROM
 12/13/17 STATES THAT THE USE ON THE PROPERTY IS
 "WAREHOUSES FOR FAMILIES AND SMALL BUSINESSES," WHICH
 ALSO HAS AN OFFICE COMPONENT; HOWEVER, IF THIS IS THE
 CASE, THE OFFICE COMPONENT SHOULD BE ACCESSORY TO THE
 PRIMARY USE (WAREHOUSES FOR FAMILIES AND SMALL
 BUSINESSES) AND THEREFORE, THE OFFICE COMPONENT OF THE
 BUILDING SHOULD BE SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN 50% OF THE
 PROPOSED WAREHOUSE SPACE. THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE
 THAT THE OFFICE COMPONENT OF THE BUILDING IS ACCESSORY
 TO THE PRIMARY USE. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
 2.) WHEEL STOPS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARKING STALLS. PLEASE
 ILLUSTRATE.
  
 3.) HOW WIDE IS THE DRIVE AISLE? PLEASE SHOW DIMENSION
 IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4.) PROVIDE A PARKING STALL STRIPING DETAIL THAT IS
 CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 94-485 OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 5.) WHAT IS THE DISTANCE FROM THE ROLL UP DOORS TO THE
 NEAREST PARKING STALL(S)?
  
 6.) WHERE IS THE LOADING ZONE? PLEASE SHOW.
  
 7.) ALTHOUGH THE CHANGE IN USE (AUTO SALES TO
 WAREHOUSES FOR FAMILIES AND SMALL BUSINESSES) DOES NOT
 REQUIRE THE PROPOSED USE TO MEET THE PARKING
 REQUIREMENT ON SITE, IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO PROVIDE THE
 PARKING INFORMATION IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 8.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($300,000) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($420,292) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
