 NOTE:
 MECHANICAL REVIEW MAY BE APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVISO
 MEANS THAT CONTRACTOR WILL SUBMIT REQUIRED INFORMATION
 AFTER THE PERMIT IS ISSUED BUT BEFORE INSPECTIONS TO
 AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. REVISION FEES MAY APPLY.
 CONTRACTOR TO ADVICE IS PROVISO OPTION IS PREFERRED AT
 THIS TIME OR IF RE-SUBMITTING REQUIRED INFORMATION.
  
 1- REVISE EQUIPMENT SIZING CALCULATIONS:
 A) CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE DONE FOR THE ACTUAL
 ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION (2014).
 REVISE AS REQUIRED. NOTE: IT LOOKS LIKE THE PERSON
 PREPARING THE EQUIPMENTS SIZING CALCULATIONS IS THE
 SAME PERSON WHO PREPARED THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
 COORDINATE WITH BUILDING COMMENTS REGARDING THE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS. SEE COMMENTS BELOW.
  
 B) EQUIPMENT LISTED IN THE EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS AND A/C PLAN SUBMITTED DON'T MATCH. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH A/C
 CONTRACTOR TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) THE COOLING DESIGN CONDITIONS NEED TO BE REVISED AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. C302.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION. THE
 MINIMUM DESIGN CONDITIONS FOR COOLING IS 75 DEGREES NOT
 74 DEGREES. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 D) THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE USED FOR THE CALCULATIONS
 DOESN'T MATCH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SPECIFIED ON THE
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC.
 R403.6.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION DOESN'T ALLOW ANY
 FACTORS THAT WILL AFFECT THE SIZING OF THE EQUIPMENT.
  
 2- THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT A/C PLANS SUBMITTED. ONE
 PLAN WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS AND THE ONE WAS SUBMITTED BY THE A/C
 CONTRACTOR. THEY DON'T MATCH. SUBMIT ONLY ONE A./C PLAN
 TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- A/C PLAN SUBMITTED BY A/C CONTRACTOR (SMYTH AIR
 CONDITIONING INC):
 A) PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE A/C CONTRACTOR
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) EQUIPMENT LISTED IN THE EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS AND A/C PLAN SUBMITTED DON'T MATCH. REVISE

 (2014).
  
 B) REVISE ROOF MATERIAL SPECIFIED ON PAGE 2 OF 4 TO
 MATCH PLANS AND PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED. SEC.
 R101.5.1.1.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).
  
 C) PAGE 2 OF 4 SPECIFIES AN ATTIC VENTILATION RATIO OF
 1/300. PLANS DON'T PROVIDE ANY SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 1/300 VENT RATIO. TYPICALLY THE VENT RATIO IS 1/150. IF
 USING THE 1/300 VENT RATIO, THEN PLANS WILL NEED TO BE
 REVISED SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS RATIO AS REQUIRED
 BY THE EXCEPTION OF SEC. R806.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 COORDINATE WITH ENGINEER OF RECORD AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 D) WALLS AND WINDOWS ORIENTATION NEED TO BE REVISED TO
 MATCH PLANS. NOTE: SEE SURVEY AND SITE PLAN FOR THE
