2018-01-17 12:34:491. A MINIMUM 8' CLEAR SIDEWALK SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND
 THE PROJECT. THE MAIN STAIR AT THE CORNER OF FLAGLER
 DRIVE AND BANYAN BLVD IS ENCROACHING TO MUCH INTO THE
 CLEAR SIDEWALK PATH. ONE FOOT OF THE TREE GRATE CAN BE
 COUNTED TOWARDS THE CLEAR PATH IF NEEDED.
 2. ARTIFICAL GRASS IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY LOCATION
 VISIBLE FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
 3. ORIGINAL APPROVAL INCLUDED AN EYE BROW ELEMENT ALONG
 BANYAN BOULEVARD AND A METAL MESH ELEMENT AT THE CORNER
 OF NARCISSUS AVE AND BANYAN BLVD TO ENHANCE THE BLANK
 FACADE. THOSE ELEMENTS SHALL NOT BE REMOVED AS THEY
 WERE APPROVED AS PART OF THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
 PRESENTED TO THE DAC.
 4. ORIGINAL APPROVAL DID NOT INCLUDE A MECHANICAL DOOR
 ALONG NARCISSUS AVENUE. IF THE DOOR SHALL REMAIN AT
 THAT LOCATION ITS APPEARANCE SHALL BE IMPROVED.
 ORIGINAL APPROVAL DEPICTS A WINDOW.
 5. SIGNAGE IS NOT INCLUDED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SECODN
 FLOOR TENANT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE SIGN ON BUILDING
 FACADE. A PEDESTRIAN BLADE SIGN WILL BE PERMITTED.
 6. ROOF TOP TERRACE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY VEGETATION OR
 ANY ROOF SCREENING FOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. HOTEL
 ROOMS WILL HAVE A DIRECT VIEW OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AT NARCISSUS
 AVE AND 2ND STREET TO CONNECT WITH THE PARK ON THE
 NORTH SIDE.
 8. CAN THE PROPOSED SWITCH CABINET ALONG NARCISSUS BE
 RELOCATED AWAY FROM THE PEDESTRIAN PATH OF TRAVEL?
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE SPECS FOR LIGHT FIXTURES AND POLES ON
 ROW. FLAGLER POLES AND FIXTURES SHALL MATCH THE
 WATERFRONT DESIGN, AND OTHER STREETS SHALL FOLLOW THE
 DOWNTOWN STANDARD. IF ANY COBRA HEADS EXISTS, THEY
 SHOUDL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED BY DECORATIVE.
 10. STAFF RECOMMENDS NARCISSUS AVE TO BE DESIGNED AS A
 CURBLESS ROAD TO FACILITATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN
 THE HOTEL AND THE PARK.
 11. ADA RAMPS AT CORNRES SHALL BE DESIGNED TO REDUCED
 PEDESTRIAN DISTANCE AT CROSSING. STAFF SUGGEST DOING
 TWO RAMPS INSTEAD OF ONE.
 12. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH THE CITY FOR THE REDESIGN OF
 THE FLAGLER DRIVE AND BANYAN BOULEVARD INTERSECTION.
 CHANGES MAY AFFECT PROJECT STARS.
 13. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR
 THE PROJECT. AN ENGINEERING PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 THE LANDSCAPE ON THE ROW.
 14. FURTHER DISCUSSION IS NECESSARY FOR THE DESIGN OF
 THE PUBLIC PARK.
