 TOO SMALL TO VENTILATE THE GARAGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 NFPA 88A. PER NFPA 88A, SECTION 5.3.2: ALL ENCLOSED
 PARKING STRUCTURES SHALL BE VENTILATED BY A MECHANICAL
 SYSTEM CAPABLE OF PROVIDING A MINIMUM OF 300 L/MIN PER
 M2 OF FLOOR AREA (1 FT3/MIN PER FT2 OF FLOOR AREA)....
  
 PER NFPA 1, 101, AND 88A, A PARKING STRUCTURE IS
 DEFINED AS A BUILDING, STRUCTURE, OR PORTION THEREOF
 USED FOR THE PARKING, STORAGE, OR BOTH, OF MOTOR
 VEHICLES.
 YOUR CLAIM THAT THIS DOES NOT APPLY BECAUSE PARKING IS
 FOR RESIDENTIAL USE, DOES NOT APPLY HERE, AS THE
 PRIMARY USE FOR THE BUILDING/OCCUPANCY IS APARTMENT AND
 THE GARAGES WILL BE USED FOR "PARKING, STORAGE, OR
 BOTH, OF MOTOR VEHICLES". THE CODE DOES NOT PROVIDE AN
 EXCEPTIONS FOR APARTMENT BUILDINGS.

 OVERHANGING PORTIONS OR WITHIN 10 FEET OF ANY
 STRUCTURE, UNLESS IT IS INSTALLED PER THE
 MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS/DATA SHEETS FOR REVIEW.
