 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) THE AC CALCULATIONS ARE INCORRECTLY IDENTIFYING THE
 PROJECT NAME AS BELLA VITA CLUBHOUSE
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED AC CALCULATIONS DO NOT MEET THE
 REQUIRED PROCEDURE FOR SYSTEM SIZING AS OUTLINED IN
 SECTION C407.5.2.3 ENERGY CONSERVATION- MULTIFAMILY
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS:
  
 RESIDENTIAL SPACES SHALL BE MODELED USING ONE THERMAL
 BLOCK PER SPACE EXCEPT THAT THOSE FACING THE SAME
 ORIENTATIONS ARE PERMITTED TO BE COMBINED INTO ONE
 THERMAL BLOCK. CORNER UNITS AND UNITS WITH ROOF OR
 FLOOR LOADS SHALL ONLY BE COMBINED WITH UNITS SHARING
 THESE FEATURES.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT REVISED CALCULATIONS.
  
 3) COMMISSIONING OF THE MECHANICAL SYSTEMS IS REQUIRED
 PER SECTION C408.2 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION. SUBMIT A
 COMMISSIONING PLAN AS OUTLINED IN SECTION C408.2.1 AND
 DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS C403.2.2- C408.2.3.3. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT A COPY OF THE COMMISSIONING REPORT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AT FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 4) PROVIDE VENTILATION CALCULATIONS FOR THE APARTMENTS-
 TABLE 403.3.
  
 5) PROVIDE EXHAUST VENTILATION CALCULATIONS FOR THE
 STORAGE ROOMS, AND THE FIRE SERVICE ROOM- TABLE 403.3
  
 6) PROVIDE ENLARGED AC FLOOR PLAN DRAWINGS FOR THE
 FITNESS ROOM AND THE LOUNGE.
  
 7) SHEETS M2C.1 & M5.3, PARKING GARAGES:THE EF-2
 SCHEDULE INDICATES THE EXHAUST FANS WILL BE ACTIVATED
 BY THE LIGHT SWITCH. PLEASE SEE SECTIONS 404.1 AND
 404.2 AND REVISE THE PLAN TO SHOW THE CORRECT SEQUENCE
 OF FAN OPERATION AND REQUIRED EXHAUST VENTILATION
 RATES.
  
 8) M2C.2: A FIRE DAMPER IS REQUIRED FOR THE ELEVATOR
 SHAFT RELIEF AIR OPENING- SECTION 607.5.2.
  
 9) PLEASE PROVIDE AN ENLARGED DETAIL OF THE ELEVATOR
 EXHAUST VENTILATION SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES EXHAUST DUCT
 AND DUCT SUPPORT DETAILS, AND THE EXHAUST DUCT RUN AND
 TERMIANTION LOCATION INCLUDING REQUIRED CLEARANCES PER
 SECTIO 501.3.1.
  
 10) M4C.1, UNIT B2: THE 16"X6" RETURN TRANSFER GRILL AT
 THE MASTER BEDROOM IS UNDERSIZED PER SECTION 601.5 (2)
  
 11) M5.1 & M5.4: PROVIDE THE WIND LOAD DESIGN CRITERIA
 FOR INSTALLATION OF THE CONDENSERS ON THE STANDS AND ON
 THE SLABS- SEE SECTION 1609 FBC-14 BUILDING.
  
 12) A5.1: THE DOOR SCHEDULE INDICATES THE AC CLOSET
 DOORS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH INTUMESCENT PAINT ON THE
 INTERIOR SIDE IN ORDER TO MEET COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 C403.2.7.2 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION, AND SECTION
 602.2.1 FBC-14 MECHANICAL. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WPB
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT WILL NOT PERFORM INSPECTIONS ON THE
 DOOR, BUT WILL REQUIRE A LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF
 RECORD TO CERTIFY THE APPLICATION OF THE PAINT AND
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE AFOREMENTIONED CODE SECTIONS.
  
 13) PROVIDE REFRIGERANT PIPING RISER DRAWINGS.
  
 14) REQUIRED SUBMITTALS:
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVALS OR MIAMI-DADE NOAS FOR THE AC
 STANDS, AC CLIPS, AND THE AIR INTAKE AND EXHAUST OUTLET
 LOUVERS.

 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS
