 PLAN SET AND TAKE TO THAT OFFICE FOR REVIEW. PLEASE
 RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT AS
 APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE

 IDENTIFY EACH ROOM ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
 NOTE: BASED ON CITY RECORDS, IT LOOKS LIKE THERE MAY BE
 NO EGRESS WINDOWS FOR EXISTING BEDROOM LOCATED ON THE
 NORTH EAST CORNER.

 NEW WINDOW #5 (3'-2" BY 4'-6" SINGLE HUNG) FOR EXISTING
 BEDROOM #2 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE MIN. 24" CLEAR
 OPENING HEIGHT REQUIRED BY SEC. R310.1.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- PROPOSED WINDOWS FOR NEW BEDROOMS #1 AND #2 DON'T
 SEEM TO COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 R310.1.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. IT LOOKS LIKE THE PROPOSED
 WINDOW DON'T HAVE THE 24" CLEAR HEIGHT. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED SHOWING COMPLIANCE AND PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECS SHOWING THE MIN. CLEAR DIMENSIONS.

 SINGLE HUNG) FOR NEW SECOND MASTER BEDROOM DOESN'T
 COMPLY WITH THE MIN 24" CLEAR OPENING HEIGHT. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. R310.1.2 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 SPECIFY AND MARK MULLION SIZE TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER
 PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR
 ARCHITECT TO LIST THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL NEXT TO
 EACH SPECIFIED CONNECTOR.
  
 F) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF WINDOWS AND DOORS WITH GLAZING
 DON'T HAVE IMPACT GLASS. NOTE: AND PROVIDE COMPLETE
 HURRICANE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. SEE CITY
