| (TYPE A & B) IDENTIFICATIONS ON THE PLANS. |

| APARTMENT USING EITHER MECHANICAL OR NATURAL MEANS- |
| SECTION 401.2. THE RESUBMITTED PLAN INDICATES NATURAL |
| FOR APARTMENT TYPE B BUT DOES NOT SHOW THE UNIT |
| COMPLIES WITH 402.2- MINIMUM OPERABLE AREA TO THE |

| LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY |
| RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT |
| CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE |
| PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND |
| KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS. |
