 COST TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND PROJECT COST
 (DISPROPORTIONATE COST).
  
 ALSO DISCUSSED WAS THE ISSUE OF: WE BELIEVE IT IS
 POSSIBLE THAT THERE WERE STEPS AT THIS LOCATION, AND
 WAS CONVERTED WITHOUT A PERMIT TO A NON COMPLIANT RAMP
 (OVER 14% SLOPE). THEREFORE, THE UNSAFE ENTRANCE IS NOT
 GRANDFATHERED IN VIA EXISTING BUILDING CODE AS IT WAS
 NOT BUILT IN COMPLIANCE WITH CODE IN EFFECT WHEN
 BUILDING WAS BUILT.
