 THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING FOR THE NEW OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION BASED ON THE SEPARATION CONDITIONS SET
 FORTH IN SECTIONS 1012.1.1.1 AND 1012.1.1.2.
 1012.1.1.1 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITHOUT
 SEPARATION.
 1012.1.1.2 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION WITH
 SEPARATION.
  
 2D) 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 1012.4.2 MEANS OF
 EGRESS FOR CHANGE OF USE TO EQUAL OR LOWER HAZARD
 CATEGORY. WHEN A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS
 MADE TO AN EQUAL OR LESSER HAZARD CATEGORY (HIGHER
 NUMBER) AS SHOWN IN TABLE 1012.4, EXISTING ELEMENTS OF
 THE MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF SECTION 905 FOR THE NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
 NEWLY CONSTRUCTED OR CONFIGURED MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 PLEASE NOTE THE TABLE AND CHAIR LAYOUT GIVEN HAS A
 HIGHER OCCUPANT LOAD COUNT IF FOR BENCH SEATING IT IS
 TAKEN AT 18 INCHES PER OCCUPANT AND TABLES 6.5 FEET
 LONG ALL TABLES TO BE REPRESENTED WITH 6 OCCUPANTS PER
 TABLE, THE (2) BANQUETS IN THE WINDOW BENCH SEATING AT
 18 INCHES AND SEATING ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE TABLE
 PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 6 PERSON TABLE BEHIND THE HOSTESS
 STATION. THE OTHER ISSUE IS THE KITCHEN IS TAKEN AT
 1019 SQ. FT. / 200= 4 IT WOULD EQUAL 5.095 OCCUPANTS
 WITH FRACTIONS YOU ALWAYS ROUND UP. THE COOLER IS
 STORAGE OCCUPANCY AND AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 1 SHOULD BE
 ADDED OR AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 68 AND WITH 84 OCCUPANTS
 WHEN SEASONAL SEATING IS CONSIDERED FOR THE REQUIRED
 PLUMBING FIXTURE COUNT. 2014 FBC-B 1004.2.
  
 2E) WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE (2) MEANS OF
 EGRESS ARE REQUIRED. 2014 FBC-B TABLE 1015.1.
  
 2F) WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE (2) MEANS OF
 EGRESS ARE REQUIRED THE 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS CANNOT BE
 THROUGH THE KITCHEN. 2014 FBC-B 1014.2 EGRESS THROUGH
 INTERVENING SPACES. (4) EGRESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH
 KITCHENS, STORAGE ROOMS, CLOSETS OR SPACES USED FOR
 SIMILAR PURPOSES.
  
 2G) 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 206.4.1 PUBLIC
 ENTRANCES. (DOORWAYS) IN ADDITION TO ENTRANCES REQUIRED
 BY 206.4.2 THROUGH 206.4.9, AT LEAST 60 PERCENT OF ALL
 PUBLIC ENTRANCES SHALL COMPLY WITH 404. 2 X 0.60= 1.2
 OR 2 MEANS OF ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES / EXITS.
  
 2H) PLEASE PROVIDE THE RISE AND RUN OF THE EXISTING
 RAMP AT THE FRONT ENTRY, IT WOULD APPEAR IT IS STEEPER
 THAN ALLOWED BY THE CODE. PLEASE REVIEW FOR EXISTING
 BUILDINGS THE MAXIMUM RAMP SLOPE AND RISE FOR EXISTING
 BUILDINGS 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE TABLE 405.2.
  
 2I) THE PLANS INDICATE A DOOR AND STAIRWAY INTO THE
 KITCHEN, PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH LANDING. 2014
 FBC-B 1009.8 STAIRWAY LANDINGS. THERE SHALL BE A FLOOR
 OR LANDING AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF EACH STAIRWAY. THE
 WIDTH OF LANDINGS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN THE WIDTH OF
 STAIRWAYS THEY SERVE. EVERY LANDING SHALL HAVE A
 MINIMUM WIDTH MEASURED PERPENDICULAR TO THE DIRECTION
 OF TRAVEL EQUAL TO THE WIDTH OF THE STAIRWAY. WHERE THE
 STAIRWAY HAS A STRAIGHT RUN THE DEPTH NEED NOT EXCEED
 48 INCHES.
  
 2J) THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY HANDRAILS ON EITHER SIDE
 OF THE STAIR. 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 805.9.1
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENT. EVERY REQUIRED EXIT STAIRWAY THAT
 IS PART OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS FOR ANY WORK AREA AND
 THAT HAS THREE OR MORE RISERS AND IS NOT PROVIDED WITH
 AT LEAST ONE HANDRAIL, OR IN WHICH THE EXISTING
 HANDRAILS ARE JUDGED TO BE IN DANGER OF COLLAPSING,
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH HANDRAILS FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF
 THE RUN OF STEPS ON AT LEAST ONE SIDE.
  
 2K) SHEET ALS1.1 SHOWS STAIRS GOING TO THE KITCHEN BUT
 NO VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY, PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:
