 PLUMBING COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE PREVIOUS OCCUPANCY OF THIS TENANT SPACE WAS
 MERCANTILE WHICH MAKES THIS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 PLEASE REVISE CLASSIFICATION OF WORK AND ALL WORK SHALL
 COMPLY WITH FBC EXISTING BUILDING CH 10
  
 2. THE PLAN SHOWS AN EXISTING KITCHEN UPON REVIEW OF
 PERMIT RECORDS THERE IS NO PERMITS FOR A KITCHEN AND
 TIM LARGE INFORMED ME THAT THEIR IS A CODE VIOLATION
 WRITTEN UP FOR WORK WITHOUT PERMITS FOR THE KITCHEN,
 BAR AREA, PIZZA OVEN AND BATHROOMS ALL PLUMBING WORK
 WILL BE CONSIDERED AS NEW WORK AND SHALL COMPLY WITH
 FBC PL, ACC 2014 5TH EDITION
  
 3. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACC 604.5.1 SIDE
 WALL.
 THE SIDE WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 42 INCHES LONG MINIMUM,
 LOCATED 12 INCHES MAXIMUM FROM THE REAR WALL AND
 EXTENDING 54 INCHES
 MINIMUM FROM THE REAR WALL.
  
 4. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACC 604.5.2 REAR
 WALL.
 THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 36 INCHES LONG MINIMUM
 AND EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER CLOSET 12
 INCHES MINIMUM ON ONE SIDE AND 24 INCHES MINIMUM ON THE
 OTHER SIDE.
  
 5. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACC 604.4 SEATS.
 THE SEAT HEIGHT OF A WATER CLOSET ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR SHALL BE 17 INCHES MINIMUM AND 19 INCHES MAXIMUM
 MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE SEAT.
  
 6. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC ACC 604.7
 DISPENSERS.
 TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND
 SHALL BE 7 INCHES MINIMUM AND 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT
 OF THE WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER. THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR AND SHALL NOT BE LOCATED BEHIND GRAB BARS.
  
 7. AT LEAST ONE OF THE URINALS SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC
 ACC 605.2 HEIGHT AND DEPTH.
 URINALS SHALL BE THE STALL-TYPE OR THE WALL-HUNG TYPE
 WITH THE RIM 17 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 OR GROUND. URINALS SHALL BE 131/2 INCHES DEEP MINIMUM
 MEASURED FROM THE OUTER FACE OF THE URINAL RIM TO THE
 BACK OF THE FIXTURE.
 605.3 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
 A CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305
 POSITIONED FOR FORWARD APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED.

 8. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC PL 405.3.5 URINAL
 PARTITIONS.
 EACH URINAL UTILIZED BY THE PUBLIC OR EMPLOYEES SHALL
 OCCUPY A SEPARATE AREA WITH WALLS OR PARTITIONS TO
 PROVIDE PRIVACY. THE WALLS OR PARTITIONS SHALL BEGIN AT
 A HEIGHT NOT GREATER THAN 12 INCHES FROM AND EXTEND NOT
 LESS THAN 60 INCHES ABOVE THE FINISHED FLOOR SURFACE.
 THE WALLS OR PARTITIONS SHALL EXTEND FROM THE WALL
 SURFACE AT EACH SIDE OF THE URINAL NOT LESS THAN 18
 INCHES OR TO A POINT NOT LESS THAN 6 INCHES BEYOND THE
 OUTERMOST FRONT LIP OF THE URINAL MEASURED FROM THE
 FINISHED BACKWALL SURFACE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 9. A GREASE INTERCEPTOR IS REQUIRED FOR ALL KITCHEN
 FIXTURES MINUS ICE MACHINES. PER FBC PL 1003.3.1
  
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ISOMETRIC DRAWING FOR HOT AND
 COLD WATER, SANITARY AND GREASY WASTE. PER WPB AMEND TO
 FBC 107.3.5.1.3(13)
  
 11. PROVIDE GREASE INTERCEPTOR SIZING CALCULATIONS. PER
 WPB AMEND TO FBC 107.2.1
  
 12. ALL PLUMBING PIPES SHALL BE EXPOSED AND TESTED FOR
 INSPECTION OR A VIDEO OF SANITARY PIPING SHALL BE
 APPROVED BY TIM LARGE AND MYSELF FOR THE ROUGH
 INSPECTIONS. PER FBC PL 312
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
