 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO

 PROVIDED WHEN ANY OBSTRUCTION WITHIN 18 INCHES (455 MM)
 OF THE LATCH SIDE OF A DOORWAY PROJECTS MORE THAN 8
 INCHES (205 MM) BEYOND THE FACE OF THE DOOR, MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE FACE OF THE DOOR OR GATE.
 REAR DOOR SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY 404.2.4
 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY 404.2.4. MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES SHALL EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY
 AND THE REQUIRED LATCH SIDE OR HINGE SIDE CLEARANCE.
  
 FBC ACCESSIBILITY 404.2.4.1 SWINGING DOORS AND GATES.
 SWINGING DOORS AND GATES SHALL HAVE MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES COMPLYING WITH TABLE 404.2.4.1. SEE DETAIL
