| (13.8 BAR) WHEN ACCOUNTING FOR ELEVATION LOSSES. |
| SYSTEMS OR PORTIONS OF SYSTEMS THAT CAN BE ISOLATED |
| SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE TESTED SEPARATELY. |
