 1) THE PLANS HAVE SEVERAL REFERENCES TO THE FBC FIFTH
 EDITION (2014) AND NEC 2010. THE FBC SIXTH EDITION
 (2017) WENT INTO EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2018. ALL NEW
 PERMITS APPLIED FOR ON OR AFTER THAT DATE ARE REQUIRED
 TO COMPLY WITH AND REFERENCE THE FBC SIXTH EDITION
 (2017) AND NEC 2014. SEE THE COVER SHEET AND PAGES 3.0,
 7.0 AND 9.0.
  
 2) FBC R302.6 REQUIRES NOT LESS THAN 5/8" TYPE X GYPSUM
 BOARD OR EQUIVALENT TO SEPARATE THE GARAGE FROM
 HABITABLE ROOMS ABOVE. THE WALL SECTION 1 ON PAGE 7.0
 DOES NOT SPECIFY 5/8 ' TYPE X DRYWALL ON THE CEILING.
  
 3) REVISE THE EXTERIOR GLAZING NOTES ON SHEET 7.0 TO
 REFERENCE THE 2017 FBC-R.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE SIZE OF THE ATTIC ACCESS OPENING ON THE
 PLANS. FBC-R 807.1
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF A FLORIDA ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE
 FORM AS REQUIRED BY FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION
 R101.5.1. THE PREPARER'S NAME AND OWNER/AGENT'S
 SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED ON THE FORM.
  
 6) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS FOR ENHANCED FASTENING OF THE CORNER AND
 PERIMETER ROOF AREAS AS REQUIRED BY LIMITATION #7 OF
 NOA NO. 14-1030.02 FOR THE GAF MODIFIED ROOFING SYSTEM.
  
 7) NOA NO. 12-0716.04 THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE 12'
 WIDE SECTIONAL GARAGE DOOR IS EXPIRED. THE NEGATIVE
 DESIGN PRESSURE FROM THE PRODUCT APPROVAL IS -52.0 PSF
 WHICH DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE THE DOOR
 SCHEDULE AND ELEVATIONS WHICH SPECIFY -53.2 PSF. SUBMIT
 TWO SETS OF CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD'S REVIEW. FBC 107.3.4.1
  
 8) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE "CAST CRETE" LINTELS
 NOA NO. 17-0227.15, HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED BY 17-0821.19.
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD'S REVIEW. FBC 107.3.4.1
  
 9) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF THE 2017 CODE VERSION OF THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE JELD-WEN DOOR, FL 11136 WITH
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD'S REVIEW. THE ONES THAT WERE
 SUBMITTED ARE FOR THE 2014 FBC. FBC 107.3.4.1
  
 10) FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 PERMIT VALUATION HAS BEEN INCREASED FROM $40,000.00 TO
 $ 165,028.00 BASED ON CURRENT ICC VALUATION DATA.
  
 11) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT
 A RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
