 (DOORWAYS). SUBMITTED WITH THE PLANS WAS A PHOTO OF A
 SIDE DOOR WITH A BOTTOM PLATE GOING THROUGH OF THE
 DOOR. IN ADDITION TO THE ACCESSIBLE DOORWAY
 REQUIREMENTS, 60% OF ALL PUBLIC ENTRANCES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE BARRIER REQUIREMENTSAT COMMON OR EMERGENCY
 ENTRANCES AND EXITS OF BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS.
  
 5. FAIL, FBC EC C 402 - C 406/ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1,
 PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ENERGY REQUIREMENTS FOR
 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS INCLUDING THE BUILDING ENERGY
 COSTS WHICH SHALL BE EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN 85% OF THE
 STANDARD REFERENCE DESIGN BUILDING.
  
 6. FAIL, FBC B 107.3.5, AS THIS IS A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY, PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 107.3.5 (ITEMS 1 -12) OF THE FBC FOR
 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
  
 7. FAIL, FBC B 107.2.1, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND
 CLARIFICATION IS REQUIRED. UNDER THE CITY BUSINESS TAX
 LICENSE FOR THIS FACILITY, IT IS LISTED AS RESIDENTIAL
 CARE FACILITY WHICH IS A GENERAL TERM UNDER BUSINESS
 LICENSING THAT CAN COVER THE FOLLOWING: ALCOHOL AND
 DRUG CENTERS, ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES, CONVALESCENT
 FACILITIES, CONGREGATE CARE FACILITIES, GROUP HOMES,
 HALFWAY HOUSES, RESIDENTIAL BOARD AND CUSTODIAL CARE
 FACILITIES, AND SOCIAL REHABILITATION FACILITIES. IF
 THE OFFICE IS ONE OF THE ABOVE USAGES THE PLANS WILL
 NEED TO DECLARE THE OFFICE IS PART OF ONE OF THESE
 TYPES OF FACILITIES, ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR
 WHEN DECLARED.
  
 8. FAIL, FBC B 107.2.1, FBC B TABLE 602, AND FBC B
 TABLE 705.8, PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION
 OF THE OTHER BUILDINGS AND THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF
 THIS STRUCTURE, OCCUPANCY TYPE, AND MINIMUM
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE. IN ADDITION PROVIDE THE DISTANCE
 BETWEEN THE STRUCTURES AND THE PROPERTY LINE IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH TABLES 602 AND 705.8 (FIRE SEPERATION &
 ALLOWABLE OPENINGS) OF THE FBC BUILDING CODE.
  
 9. FAIL, FBC B 107.3.5/FBC B 1801.1, PROVIDE FOUNDATION
 DESIGN FOR THE BUILDING. THE DESIGN/CALCULATION NEEDS
 TO INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL LOADS OF THE FRONT
 WALL/FACADE.
  
 10. OK PER PROVISO, AS PER FBC B 2510.6, PROVIDE WATER
 RESISTIVE BARRIERS AS PER SECTION 2510.6 OF THE FBC
 (BUILDING).
  
 11. FAIL, FBC B 107.2.1, PROVIDE EXPLANATION FOR THE
 LETTER FROM DESIGNER OF RECORD, JOHN NOSSAL, COMMENT #
 2 ABOUT THE MODIFICATION OF A WOOD DOOR WHEN WE ALSO
 HAVE A PRODUCT APPROVAL (FL 12769) FOR A JELD-WEN
 EXTERIOR DOOR.
