 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES UNDER THE
 DESCRIPTION OF WORK REMODEL EXISTING ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE.
 THE SUBMITTED SHEET INDICATES AN EXISTING 20 X 30 FEET
 EXISTING METAL BUILDING. PLEASE NOTE THE SUBMITTED
 SURVEY DATED 03-12-15 DOES NOT INDICATE A BUILDING SIZE
 20 X 30 FEET. IN MARCH 2015 THE APPLICANT FILED FOR
 PERMIT (15030114) FOR A 10F X 12F METAL SHED. THIS
 PERMIT WAS NEVER ISSUED AND REVOKED, SITE VISIT NO WORK
 COMPLETED AND REVOKED.
  
 THE 20F X 30F METAL SHED IS TO BE CONSIDERED NEW WORK
 SINCE THERE HAS BEEN NO PERMIT PULLED, NO
 DOCUMENTATION, NO INSPECTIONS. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE
 APPLICANT HAS BEEN LICENSED FOR 4 RENTAL UNITS SO THIS
 REVIEW WILL TAKE PLACE UNDER THE 2014 FBC-BUILDING
 CODE, NOT THE RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 2A) SHEET A-1, DESIGN INFORMATION. THE PROPOSED USE
 INDICATES OCCUPANCY GROUP R2. THE PLAN SHOWS 2
 RESTROOMS, OFFICE AND GARAGE. IT WOULD APPEAR THIS IS A
 MIXED USE BUILDING BETWEEN BUSINESS AND STORAGE
 OCCUPANCY SINCE BOTH OCCUPANCY GROUPS ARE OVER 10% OF
 THE FLOOR AREA.
 107.2.1.3. ADDITIONAL DATA REQUIRED. PLEASE DECLARE IF
 THE GARAGE IS TO BE AN S1 OR S2 USED FOR PARKING
 VEHICLES.

 WAS DESIGN AS A STORAGE RESIDENTIAL SHED IT IS
 IMPORTANT IN THE CONSIDERATION OF THE DESIGN.
 RESIDENTIAL STORAGE SHEDS COULD BE DESIGNED WITH A
 BUILDING RISK FACTOR I WITH A WIND LOAD/ ZONE
 REQUIREMENT OF 160 MPH/ VULT WHEREAS WHEN YOU CHANGE
 THE OCCUPANCY TYPE TO OCCUPIABLE SPACE OR HABITABLE
 SPACE, BUSINESS OCCUPANCY THE BUILDINGS RISK FACTOR HAS
 BEEN CHANGED TO II AND WIND ZONE CATEGORY TO 170 VULT
 MPH.
 FOR THE ENCLOSED BUILDINGS THE INTERNAL PRESSURE
 COEFFICIENT IS REQUIRED SINCE IT IS PART OF THE FORMULA
 OF THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR PRESSURES BOTH POSITIVE

 THIS TO BE A LEVEL II ALTERATION. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE
 CONSIDERING THIS NEW CONSTRUCTION SINCE NO PERMIT WAS
 PULLED AND THE SURVEY DATED MARCH 12/2015 DOES NOT SHOW
 A BUILDING THIS SIZE ON THE SURVEY. UPDATE PLANS.
  
 2D) UNDER THE SCOPE UPDATE TO NEW CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3) WITHIN THE OFFICE THE RESTROOM # 1 IS ONLY 6 FEET IN
 LENGTH. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS CONSIDERED NEW
 CONSTRUCTION SINCE NO PERMIT WAS PULLED FOR THIS
 STORAGE UNIT. WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE FIGURE 604.8.1.6 SINGLE USER
 TOILET ROOMS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, ALSO REVIEW 604.3.2.
 PLEASE NOTE THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY GRAB BARS PER
 604.5 FOR THE REAR AND SIDE OF THE WATER CLOSET. PLANS
 ARE ALSO DEFICIENT IN THE WATER CLOSET HEIGHT SEE

 4) THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH AN ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE. SUBMITTED WITH THE PLANS IS A PHOTO OF THE
 SIDE DOOR WHERE HAS A BOTTOM PLATE GOING THROUGH THE
 BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 206.4.1 PUBLIC ENTRANCES.

 IN ADDITION TO ENTRANCES REQUIRED BY 206.4.2 THROUGH
 206.4.9, AT LEAST 60 PERCENT OF ALL PUBLIC ENTRANCES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 404. BARRIERS AT COMMON OR EMERGENCY
 ENTRANCES AND EXITS OF BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS
 CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT ARE

 FACILITY IT IS LISTED AS RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY,
 UNDER THE BUSINESS LICENSING THIS IS A GENERIC TERM
 THAT
 CAN COVER, ALCOHOL AND DRUG CENTERS, ASSISTED LIVING
 FACILITIES, CONGREGATE CARE FACILITIES, CONVALESCENT
 FACILITIES, GROUP HOMES, HALFWAY HOUSES, RESIDENTIAL
 BOARD AND CUSTODIAL CARE FACILITIES, & SOCIAL
 REHABILITATION FACILITIES. IF THE OFFICE IS ONE OF THE

 PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE THE DISTANCES BETWEEN THE
 STRUCTURES AND THE PROPERTY LINE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 TABLE 602 OF THE FBC-B AND TABLE 705.8 FIRE SEPARATION
 AND ALLOWABLE OPENINGS.

 EXTERIOR DOOR.
  
 12) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
