2017-10-23 06:59:081) THE SUBMITTED PLANS ARE NOT THE SAME. ONE HAS A
 PLUMBING LINE RAWN OUT IN RED INK AND THE OTHER DOES
 NOT. THE PLANS ARE CONFUSING AS TO THE SCOPE OF WORK
 BEING DONE. SUBMIT TWO CLEAR LEGIBLE DRAWINGS THAT
 REFLECT THE SCOPE OF WORK BEING DONE. I CANNOT TELL
 WHAT IS BEING DONE BASED ON THE SUBMITTED DRAWING.WPB
 AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.
 2) CLEARLY SHOW THE AREA WHERE THE SLAB IS BEING
 SAWCUT. THE DRAWING APPEARS TO SHOW THIS AREA OUTSIDE
 THE STRUCTURE.
 3) SHOW ALL PIPE SIZES ON THE REQUIRED DRAWING.
 4) LONG SWEEPS ARE ONLY PERMITTED ON A CHANGE OF
 DIRECTION FROM HORIZONTAL TO HORIZONTAL PER 2014
 FBC-PLUMBING TABLE 706.3.
 5) THE DRAWING WITH RED INK SHOWS SHOWS "NEW EXISTING
 PVC." HOW CAN IT BE NEW AND EXISTING AT THE SAME TIME?
 CLARIFY.
 6) SUBMIT A SLAB REPAIR DETAIL FOR REVIEW. SHOW THE
 WIDTH OF THE REPAIR, THE MINIMUM THICKNESS OF THE
 CONCRETE TO BE REPLACED, AND THE PSI OF THE CONCRETE.
 SHOW THE SIZE AND LENGTH OF THE DOWELS, THE MINIMUM
 EMBEDMENT DEPTH INTO THE EXISTING SLAB, AND THE SPACING
 OF THE DOWELS ON CENTER. THE REPAIR SHALL ALSO INCLUDE
 TERMITE TREATMENT OF THE SOIL AND THE REQUIRED VAPOR
 BARRIER OVER THE SOIL. A COPY OF THE TERMITE
 CERTIFICATE SHALL BE ONSITE FOR FINAL INSPECTION.
 7) THE PLAN REFERS TO UNDERMINING? IF THE EXISTING SLAB
 WILL BE UNDERMINED, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHALL BE
 PROVIDED:
 DETAILS AND BACKFILLING PROCEDURES SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 THAT CLEARLY SHOW HOW THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE
 CONCRETE SLAB WILL BE MAINTAINED DURING EXCAVATION AND
 BACKFILLING.
 THE BACKFILL UNDER THE SLAB SHALL BE TREATED FOR
 TERMITES PER THE FBC-BUILDING SEC.1816.1 OR
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL SEC. R318. A TERMITE CERTIFICATE SHALL
 BE ONSITE FOR FINAL INSPECTION.
