 SEPARATE BUILDING CALCULATIONS, WHICH ADDS UP TO THE
 TOTAL FLOOR AREA RATIO.

 UNIT ARE PROVIDED ON THE PROPERTY? STAFF WILL NEED TO
 CALCULATE IF THERE IS SUFFICIENT PARKING PROVIDED ON
