 1) THE VALUATION LISTED ON THE APPLICATION APPEARS TO
 BE UNDER VALUED. SUBMIT A SIGNED COPY OF THE CONTRACT
 FOR THE POOL. FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN AN AE FLOOD ZONE. ALL OF
 THE POOL EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE LOCATED AT OR
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. FBC R322.1.6
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURE'S
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE POOL BARRIER FENCE. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) APPLICATIONS FOR THE POOL PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC
 PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE POOL
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. FBC 105.1
