 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) (REPEAT COMMENT) THE ELEVATIONS ON THE SITE DRAINAGE
 PLAN ON AS-1 INDICATE THAT THE SURFACE WATER ON THE
 WEST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE WILL DRAIN TO THE SOUTHWEST
 REAR CORNER OF THE PROPERTY AND POSSIBLY ONTO THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY. PLEASE REVIEW THE ELEVATIONS AND
 PROVIDE DRAINS OR SWALES TO ENSURE THAT THE SURFACE
 DRAINAGE IS DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR
 OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION. FBC-R401.3
 THE SURFACE WATER FOR THIS PROJECT IS REQUIRED TO BE
 KEPT ON THE LOT, ROUTED TO THE NORTH EAST CORNER AND
 THEN TO THE STORM DRAINS IN THE STREET. IT IS NOT
 ALLOWED TO DRAIN ON TO THE ADJACENT LOTS. THE
 ELEVATIONS OF THE ADJACENT LOTS ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE
 PLAN. THERE IS NO DESIGNATED EASEMENT OR ALLEY AT THE
 REAR OF THE PROPERTY SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. THE DRAINAGE
 PLAN WILL NEED TO SHOW THE SWAILS, BERMS OR DRAINS THAT
 WILL BE USED TO ACHIEVE PROPER DRAINAGE.
  
 2) (REPEAT COMMENT) THE ENERGY FORM R405-2014 IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND DATED BY THE PREPARER AND THE
 OWNER/AGENT. FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECT. R103.1.1.2
 AND R405.4.2
  
 3) THE SOIL REPORT DOCUMENT APPEARS TO BE BLANK. DID
