 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE CODE COMPLIANCE STATEMENT ON THE COVERSHEET IS
 NOT SIGNED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 2) SPECIFY THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE STRUCTURE
 ON THE PLANS. IT APPEARS TO BE TYPE V-B. FBC-R301.1.1 &
 FBC 602.1
  
 3) THE ELEVATIONS ON THE SITE DRAINAGE PLAN ON AS-1
 INDICATE THAT THE SURFACE WATER ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 STRUCTURE WILL DRAIN TO THE SOUTHWEST REAR CORNER OF
 THE PROPERTY AND POSSIBLY ONTO THE ADJACENT PROPERTY.
 PLEASE REVIEW THE ELEVATIONS AND PROVIDE DRAINS OR
 SWALES TO ENSURE THAT THE SURFACE DRAINAGE IS DIVERTED
 TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION. FBC-R401.3
  
 4) THE ENERGY FORM R405-2014 IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED
 AND DATED BY THE PREPARER AND THE OWNER/AGENT. FBC
 ENERGY CONSERVATION SECT. R103.1.1.2 AND R405.4.2
  
 5) THE ENERGY FORM R405-2014 HAS THE WRONG ORIENTATION
 FOR THE FRONT AND REAR EXTERIOR DOORS. THE FRONT DOOR
 FACES NORTH AND THE REAR DOOR FACES SOUTH. NOT EAST AND
 WEST AS LISTED IN THE DOCUMENT.
  
 6) ON SHEET S1.1 ONE OF THE MASONRY NOTES REFERENCES
 ACI 530-99. CHAPTER 46 OF THE 2014 FBC-R REFERENCES THE
 2011 EDITION OF ACI 530. PLEASE UPDATE TO ACI 530-11.
  
 7) FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 VALUATION HAS BEEN INCREASED TO $177,399.00 BASED ON
 THE LATEST ICC VALUATION DATA.
  
 8) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
