| A) THE COST ESTIMATE LETTER FROM HORIZON CUSTOM BUILDER |
| INC. TO PROVIDE ROOF TO WALL CONNECTIONS IS INCORRECT. |
| THE LETTER IS REFERENCING A BUILDING WITH 12 CORNERS. |
| THERE ARE TWO BUILDINGS IN THIS PROPERTY. THE ROOFING |
| PERMIT APPLICATION IS FOR THE REAR BUILDING AND IT |
| DOESN'T HAVE 12 CORNERS. REVISE LETTER AS REQUIRED. |
