 1. PROVIDE SITE PLAN. IDENTIFY ACCESSIBLE ROUTE FROM
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND REC. CENTER TO PLAY AREA.
  
 2. PROVIDE MANUFACTURERS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR
 EQUIPTMENT.
  
 3. SPECIFY GROUND ATTENUATION MATERIAL TO BE INSTALLED.
 PROVIDE MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS)
  
 4. PLAN INDICATES A SPLIT RAIL FENCE AND SEPERATE
 PAVILION TO BE INSTALLED. EACH ELEMENT WILL REQUIRE
 PERMITTING. YOU MAY INCORPORATE THESE ELEMENTS INTO
 THIS SUBMITTAL.
  
 FBC 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE
 ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE
 AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING
 STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE
 ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED
 GRADES AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS,
 FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE
 DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE BOUNDARY LINE
 SURVEY.
  
 1008.2 ACCESSIBLE ROUTES.
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTES SERVING PLAY AREAS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 CHAPTER 4 AND 1008.2 AND SHALL BE PERMITTED TO USE THE
 EXCEPTIONS IN 1008.2.1 THROUGH 1008.2.3. WHERE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTES SERVE GROUND LEVEL PLAY COMPONENTS,
 THE VERTICAL CLEARANCE SHALL BE 80 INCHES HIGH (2030
 MM) MINIMUM.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
