 SETBACK ENCROACHMENTS:
 STRUCTURAL INTRUSIONS. STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS, INCLUDING
 BUT NOT LIMITED TO BALCONIES, CORNICES, GUTTERS, EAVES,
 AND ROOF OVERHANG PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT EXTEND FARTHER
 THAN THREE FEET INTO ANY SETBACK.
  
 LANDSCAPING:
 GENERAL LANDSCAPING STANDARDS FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
 A. SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING OR FRUIT
 TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF
 OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR
 EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
 B. PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PLAN WITH TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN FOUR
 FEET INTO A SETBACK. WINDOW AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS MAY
 NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 18 INCHES INTO A REQUIRED SIDE
 SETBACK.
  
 DRIVEWAY REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
